What does the 'Signatures' screen allow me to do?
You can add, edit and delete signatures from this screen. Signatures
you add here can be appended to the outgoing mails.
You can associate a signature with a personality in the 'Options' ->
'Personalities' screen. When you use a particular personality to send
mails from the 'From' dropdown in the 'Compose' screen, the signature
associated with that personality will be appended to the outgoing mail.

What does the 'Upload/Download addresses' screen allow me to do?
The 'Upload/Download Addresses' screen allows you to upload an existing address book
from a number of different programs and formats, or download your OKmail address book to import into another program/system. Currently the following formats are
supported:
- Outlook Express CSV export
- Outlook CSV export
- Eudora CSV export
- LDIF (Thunderbird/NS7/NS6/NS4 export)
- vCard (Pine/OS X Mail export)
- Yahoo! CSV
- Generic CSV/Tab delim with header line
The upload is quite intelligent in that it will:
- Guess the upload format based on the file you supply
- Merge the uploaded addresses into your existing addressbook,
adding new addresses where not found, or replacing existing
address data where new data is found in the upload file

I want to upload an addressbook with groups. Do you support that?
Not at the moment sorry. Any group information will be lost in the
upload process. This is something we hope to fix at some stage.

Are you going to support address book synchronisation via IMSP/ACAP/LDAP?
IMSP and ACAP are quite well suited to this job, but unfortunately they are
only supported by one client (Mulberry).
LDAP is a general directory services protocol supported by most clients.
However it is generally supported only read only, and authentication is
generally not supported by most clients (meaning that your address book
would be available to everyone).
Therefore we have plans to create some synchronisation software ourselves.
Currently there is no timeline on this however.
